Newton developed the Concept Masterplan and Operational Assessment for the Qiandao Lakes Precinct for the Hangzhou 2022 Asian Games.
This precinct included temporary venues for six sports: Triathlon, Marathon Swimming, Cycling BMX, Road Cycling, Mountain Bike, and a permanent 3,000-seat Velodrome.
